Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or another quantitative field.
Roles and Responsibility

Participate and collaborate with operation teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Conduct thorough research on state-of-the-art generative AI techniques and apply them to enhance LLM models.

Create models using Classification and Regression techniques and perform Hypothesis Testing and Feature selection.

Analyze user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys to generate hypotheses and build optimization plans.

Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive product development and business strategy improvements.

Perform deep dive analyses on key business trends and package insights into easily consumable presentations and documents.

Job

Education in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.

Experience using computer languages (Python, SQL) to manipulate data and draw insights from large datasets.

Proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar models.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and understanding of various NLP tasks is a plus.

Prior experience in handling LLM use cases or working with large-scale language models is highly desirable.

Ensure data quality and integrity through best practices and compliance to framework, architecture, and coding standards.

Experience with cloud computing platforms (preferably Azure) for deploying and managing machine learning models.

Hands-on experience with generative AI models and techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and transformer models.
