Role & responsibilities Role Overview: We are hiring an experienced and passionate trainer to conduct in-person sessions at our Hyderabad campus. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Data Science, AI/ML, and Python programming, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students. Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality training, guiding hands-on projects, and ensuring that our learners are equipped with in-demand skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Deliver classroom-based training sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI tools and techniques. Break down complex concepts into simplified, engaging content suitable for beginners and intermediate learners. Guide students through live projects, capstone assignments, and lab sessions. Provide one-on-one mentorship and support during learning and project work. Collaborate with curriculum teams to continuously improve content and delivery. Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and emerging technologies like GenAI and LLMs. Why Join Us? Preferred candidate profile Who Should Apply: Candidates based in Hyderabad (onsite role only). Graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Professionals with a solid understanding of core data science concepts, machine learning, and AI. Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is preferred (but not mandatory). Working professionals from the industry looking to mentor part-time are also encouraged to apply. Willingness to travel occasionally for sessions or workshops. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of data preprocessing, model building, and evaluation techniques. Exposure to Power BI, TensorFlow/Keras, and basic NLP techniques. Ability to teach with clarity and adapt to different student learning styles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Confident in handling live Q&A, student feedback, and interactive sessions. Good to Have: Experience with Deep Learning frameworks and GenAI tools (OpenAI, Hugging Face). Exposure to LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or real-world AI/ML deployments. Familiarity with GitHub, project portfolios, and interview preparation guidance.
