Data Science Trainer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Science Trainer based in Coimbatore. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive data science training sessions, developing well-structured curriculum materials, guiding learners in understanding core data science and analytics concepts, and conducting assessments to measure learning outcomes. The role involves active engagement with learners to foster their professional growth and ensure the practical application of analytical and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions on core data science topics, including Python for data analysis, SQL, statistics, data visualization, machine learning, and related tools.
• Develop, review, and continuously improve curriculum materials aligned with current industry trends.
• Conduct real-time projects, case studies, and hands-on lab sessions to reinforce practical understanding.
• Assess learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and project evaluations.
• Mentor and guide learners throughout their training journey to help them achieve technical proficiency and career readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Training & Development and in delivering technical and analytical programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners at various skill levels.
• Familiarity with HR processes related to training and professional development.
• Experience in designing and implementing data science or analytics-focused curriculum materials.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and Machine Learning algorithms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the education, training, or edtech sector will be an advantage.

Compensation

Salary range for this role is ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month, with experienced candidates eligible for up to ₹25,000.
