Position Summary: As an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow), the candidate will work as an independent contractor of LINC and serve a diverse international student body for Masters-level programs studying at premier Australian and Asian universities in the domains of Business Analytics. The educator will be responsible for the day-to-day academic support and delivery responsibilities, working under the guidance of an experienced university faculty member. Additionally, the LINC Fellow will receive specialized training and active mentorship from LINCs team to excel at online teaching. Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)- From 14th April-27th Oct., 2025 Duration: 6-Month Bootcamp (4 Hours per Day, 5 Days a Week) Compensation: INR 8-10 Lakhs for 6 Months Active Window : 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM IST Educational Background- Minimum Requirement: A Masters degree or higher in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning from Tier-1 institutions like IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS or other renowned global universities. Teaching/Training Experience- Overall 10-15 years of relevant industry experience in data analysis, machine learning, AI, analytics or a related domain in MNCs like Capgemini, Genpact, IBM, Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, Amazon, etc. Some of these profiles include Data Architect, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning/Big Data Engineer, Data Governance Specialist, etc. Of that, a Minimum of 5+ years of experience in conducting online or offline boot camps, workshops, or corporate training in the field of Data Science with leading organizations like Emeritus, Upgard, Simplilearn, etc. Candidates with experience working with clients in Europe or North America are preferred Prior experience in teaching or mentoring working professionals at prestigious institutes like IIT, IIM, NMIMS, etc. within a data-related field is advantageous. Additional Certifications At least 3 professional certifications in data science, analytics, or machine learning in the last 3 years from renowned platforms like Coursera, Udacity, Simplilearn, DataCamp, IBM, or Google. Some of these certifications, but not limited to, include: IBM Certified Data Architect Big Data (Coursera) Google Professional Data Engineer (Coursera) Harvard Data Science Professional Certificate (edX) Stanford Machine Learning Course (Coursera) Tableau Desktop Specialist Tableau (Essential for dashboarding) AWS Certified Data Analytics (Udemy) Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (Udacity) DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) (DAMA International) Proficiency in tools like Python, SQL, Tableau, GitHub, Google Sheets, and ML frameworks Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus. Bootcamp Curriculum Topics The facilitator will be responsible for delivering content on the following topics: UNIX Git + GitHub Descriptive Statistics Google Sheets Intro to Agile Google Forms Setup Python + Python Basics Pseudocode Pandas & Numpy EDA + Visualization in Python Ethics Workshop Data Cleaning Linear Regression Bias-Variance-Tradeoff + Regularization Gradient Descent Evaluation Metrics SQL Logistic Regression KNN + Distance Metrics Hands-on ML - Hyperparameter Tuning Decision Trees Ensemble Methods Clustering KPIs API in Python Dashboarding with Tableau AB Testing / Causal Impact Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and informative live sessions on the bootcamp curriculum topics. No Assessments but include tutorial activities like demonstrations, presentations etc Mentor and guide students throughout the program. Provide constructive feedback on student work. Facilitate hands-on exercises and projects. Stay current with the latest trends and developments in the data science field.
