Role Description: The Associate - Recruitment will be supporting the critical component of managing and growing the academic talent pool, i.e. online educators. This would require the person to hire, onboard and engage high-quality educators from India and overseas for the purposes of academic delivery. This is a core function for the firm as the volume and quality of educators are crucial to driving the growth of the business. This role sits with the Teaching Operations team and reports to the Assistant Manager, Academic Talent Management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in domestic and international educator recruitment and onboarding to meet business requirements Undertake regular manpower assessments and create hiring and resourcing plans Onboard newly recruited academics and work with the team in maintaining relevant documentation such as training plans, orientation etc. Assist deployment of educators, including CV creation, availability checks, and contracting Ideation to implementation of regular engagement activities for the educators pool Who are we looking for? 1. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resource Management (BBM, BBA BA, or similar) from a Tier-I School or reputed institution 2. Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in recruitment/employee engagement (preferably in an academic setting - Universities/Colleges/Education Companies) 3. Skills & Competencies: Proficient with the use of hiring platforms (Linkedin, Indeed, Naukri, etc.), maintaining applicant database for tracking, good oral and written communication skills. 4. Others: Looking for self-driven individuals comfortable in working in a small-team fast paced environment, need to be proactive and goal-oriented.
