Roles & Responsibilities

• Investigate the feasibility of applying scientific and mathematical principles to real-world business problems.
• Develop new algorithms and enhance existing ones to solve domain-specific challenges.

• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models end-to-end. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into production systems.

• Develop POCs and drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Advisory, Product) to identify opportunities and implement process improvements,

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Machine Learning – Hands-on experience building at least one ML model independently (end-to-end).
• Programming – Strong skills in Python and SQL (PySpark experience is a plus).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. • Good communication and collaboration skill
