Data Science Manager

As a Data Science Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing team of data scientists. You will drive end-to-end Machine Learning (ML) and GenAI projects, from ideation to deployment. Your role will involve defining and executing data strategies that are aligned with the business objectives. Collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams will be a key aspect of this position. Ensuring data integrity, governance, and scalable infrastructure will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to implement and manage MLOps practices such as Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and model retraining. Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, GenAI, and ML technologies is crucial for this role. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python programming, ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, GenAI tools like LLMs, cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and MLOps pipelines.
