Role Overview

A dynamic innovation-focused team is seeking a

highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Marketing Analytics

. The role involves building advanced generative AI solutions, developing analytics products, and driving business value through machine learning, optimization, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of a suite of GenAI applications supporting global marketing initiatives.
• Architect, integrate, and deploy complex data science algorithms into scalable, user-facing applications.
• Build advanced analytics products using visualization, AI/ML, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and Software Engineers to create robust, production-quality solutions.
• Utilize cloud platforms (primarily GCP) for analytics delivery, deployment, and value optimization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with marketing needs and operational processes.
• Ensure applications meet enterprise compliance, performance benchmarks, and development best practices.
  

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Marketing Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• 5+ years of experience delivering successful technology or analytics products (individually or as part of a team).
• 5+ years of advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Strong background in statistical modeling, regression, classification, forecasting, and causal inference.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), including building data pipelines (Spark, Dataflow) and using managed ML services.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing, experimental design, and analysis.
• Experience with MLOps practicesmodel deployment, versioning, automation, and monitoring.
