Data Science Lead

You will design solution architectures, align technical deliverables with business goals, and communicate insights clearly through presentations and visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interact with C-level clients to drive impactful change - Lead your team in creating new business solutions - Manage the delivery of complex data science projects - Engage with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions - Design solution architectures and guide the technical approach - Align technical deliverables with business goals - Communicate insights clearly through presentations and visualizations - Promote best practices in coding, model validation, and documentation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth integration and deployment of solutions - Drive experimentation and innovation in AI/ML techniques **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of experience in delivering full-lifecycle data science projects - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client interactions independently - Strong business understanding with the ability to connect data science outputs to strategic business outcomes - Experience with stakeholder management and translating business questions into data science solutions - Track record of mentoring junior team members - Familiarity with data productization and ML systems in production - Experience with project management, resourcing, and client communication - Strong hands-on experience in Python/R, SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP - Proficiency in data manipulation tools like Pandas and Numpy, and visualization tools like Seaborn and Plotly - Familiarity with Git, scikit-learn, NLTK, Spacy, transformers, Power BI, Tableau, Docker, and Kubernetes - Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, time-series forecasting, and business analytics - Exposure to MLOps, model governance best practices, optimization, and recommendation system solutions,
