Data Science Developer

As a Data Science Developer at our company located in Baner, Pune, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing data-driven solutions to address complex business issues. Your primary responsibilities will involve data analysis, model development, data pipeline creation, visualization, and collaboration with various teams. You will be tasked with collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing both structured and unstructured data, followed by conducting exploratory data analysis to reveal patterns and insights. Furthermore, your role will include designing, constructing, and enhancing machine learning and statistical models, ensuring their performance validation and robustness for deployment. Developing and managing end-to-end data pipelines for model deployment, as well as integrating models seamlessly into existing systems, will be crucial aspects of your job. Your ability to generate intuitive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights and meet business requirements will play a vital role in your day-to-day tasks. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will closely collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business analysts to align with project objectives. Documenting processes, models, and insights for knowledge sharing will be an essential part of ensuring a cohesive team effort. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in data science or related roles. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, familiarity with machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with data visualization tools are essential requirements. Additionally, knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark would be advantageous.
