Job Description

Proven experience (5+ years) in data reconciliation, preferably in capital markets or financial services.

Hands-on Duco expertise - configuration, rule building, workflows, exception handling, and reporting, Finance IT and Regulatory IT systems and workflows, financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and capital market operations.

Key Responsibilities

Duco Platform Expertise

Configure and customize Duco reconciliation workflows, rules, and exception management processes.
Build, maintain, and optimize reconciliation rules, matching logic, and transformation rules.
Develop and enhance automated workflows, exception handling processes, and scheduled reporting.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Duco with upstream and downstream systems.

Data Reconciliation

Perform end-to-end reconciliation of financial data across multiple systems.
Identify, analyze, and resolve reconciliation breaks and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial data for internal and regulatory reporting.

Finance & Regulatory IT Collaboration

Work closely with Finance IT and Regulatory IT teams to ensure smooth data flows and accurate reconciliations.
Support the implementation of new reconciliation processes in line with changing regulations.
Document processes, workflows, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.

Capital Markets & Trade Lifecycle

Apply in-depth understanding of various
financial instruments
(equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.) and their trade lifecycles.
Support reconciliation processes across different stages - trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reporting.
Liaise with operations and compliance teams to ensure reconciliations meet industry and regulatory standards.
