Job Description

As a Data Quality & Governance Analyst at our organization, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of organizational data. You will be overseeing data entry, cleanup, CRM data quality, and validation processes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in establishing data governance frameworks and implementing data quality initiatives to support business decisions effectively. Your key responsibilities in this role will include developing and implementing data quality standards, policies, and best practices to maintain high data integrity. You will oversee data entry, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency within our internal CRM system. Furthermore, you will be monitoring and maintaining CRM and Marketing data quality, conducting data audits, and identifying areas for improvement. In terms of data governance, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing data governance frameworks to enhance data management across the Marketing department. This will involve creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for the CRM system to ensure clarity and consistency in data handling processes. Moreover, you will be providing support to Sales and Marketing teams on CRM-related data issues, delivering training sessions on data quality and governance best practices, and monitoring record assignments to ensure proper data handling and ownership. You will also assist in compliance efforts related to data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR, and generate regular reports to provide insights on data quality metrics and areas for improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess technical skills such as CRM & Marketing Data Knowledge, proficiency in data cleaning & validation, data analysis & auditing, reporting & metrics using BI tools like Power BI and Looker, compliance & security awareness, and documentation & process management. In addition to technical skills, essential behavioural competencies include attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactive mindset, communication & collaboration, problem-solving ability, organizational skills, adaptability & learning. The critical competencies required for this role include 2 years of experience in data quality, data governance, or data management roles, hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft data tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with data privacy and GDPR compliance regulations.
