Role Overview: You will be a part of a dynamic team at EY as a PKI Security Engineer, where you will play a vital role in managing and supporting the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environments. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 24x5 operational support for PKI infrastructure, including being on-call during weekends for priority issues. - Monitor and manage PKI systems to maintain reliability, availability, and performance standards. - Handle certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and troubleshooting efficiently. - Utilize tools such as Venafi, Keyfactor, and PKI Spotlight to manage certificates and keys organization-wide. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve PKI-related issues. - Implement and adhere to best practices for PKI security and operations. - Proactively identify potential problems and take preventive actions. - Maintain detailed documentation of PKI procedures and configurations. - Offer guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on PKI processes and policies. Qualification Required: - 2-5 years of experience in PKI operations or related field. - Proficiency in PKI management tools like Venafi, Keyfactor, and PKI Spotlight is a must. - Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, PKI concepts, and CLM. - Experience or familiarity with Key Management Systems like Azure Keyvault, AWS KMS, or HSMs is a plus. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent problem-solving skills and capacity to work under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the field of PKI and cybersecurity.
