In this role, your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating client contracts and data processing agreements, performing risk assessments based on widely accepted industry standards, and ensuring that company policies align with codes of practice such as Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs). You should have knowledge and exposure to various country-specific privacy laws/regulations and privacy standards/frameworks, as well as familiarity with basic data protection/information security standards, practices, and principles. Additionally, you will need to be adept at performing privacy impact assessments based on contractual requirements and applicable privacy laws, working on proactive pitches and data privacy and security-related RFPs, and developing collaterals to demonstrate capabilities through the creation of compelling business cases. You will also be responsible for devising training plans and providing data protection advice to staff members, while promoting a culture of data protection and compliance across all units of the organization. Primary Skills required for this role include: - 4 to 9 years of core experience in Data Privacy/Protection - IAPP Certified - Experience with Client-Specific projects - Knowledge of Data Privacy, DPDP, Risk Advisory, GDPR, Data Processing agreements, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Data Protection Risk Assessments, Data Breach Reporting, and Binding Corporate Rules - Working on Privacy tools Secondary Skills that would be beneficial include: - Experience with Privacy tools like One Trust/TrustArc - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner that helps organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world, creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
