Data Operator

As a Data Operator at our company located in Jalandhar (Nakodar Chownk), your primary role will involve inputting and maintaining accurate customer, sales, and inventory data in our databases and CRM systems. Your responsibilities will also include generating and analyzing sales reports, ensuring data consistency through regular audits, organizing digital records, and supporting data integration across departments to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: - Input and maintain accurate customer, sales, and inventory data in company databases and CRM systems. - Generate and analyze sales reports for internal use. - Ensure data consistency and perform regular audits to detect and correct errors. - Organize digital records and documentation related to sales transactions. - Support the integration of data across departments to streamline operations. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be required to provide sales support and engage with customers. This will involve assisting the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, preparing quotes, invoices, and sales documentation, coordinating with logistics and support teams for timely order fulfillment, and upselling or cross-selling products and services when appropriate.
