Description
As a member of the Data Delivery team at KKR, your primary responsibility will be to partner with business teams and the head of data delivery to identify critical data reporting/analytics use-cases. You will work closely with other technical colleagues to design and deliver sustainable analytics and reporting capabilities, focusing on enabling self-service across the firm. Additionally, you will play a vital role in curating data-sets for data exploration and self-service through the central data platform, contributing to the establishment of a standardized and accessible enterprise data model. Your role will involve delivering advanced data and analytics use-cases for business partners, such as sentiment analytics, scenario analysis, back-testing/optimization, and quantitative modeling. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Develop data applications in collaboration with technical teams to address data-centric business use cases through automation. - Curate data-sets for publication in the central data platform, working closely with Data Governance colleagues to ensure compliance with data standards. - Deliver advanced data and analytics use-cases across the firm, including sentiment analytics, scenario analysis, back-testing/optimization, and quantitative modeling. - Understand and document data and use case requirements for various business needs. - Create and maintain reporting functionality based on business requirements. - Execute and manage ad hoc data-related projects within specified deadlines. **Stakeholder Management:** - Collaborate with platform engineering teams to enhance digital reporting capabilities and data platform tools. - Communicate effectively with relevant teams to address data gaps promptly. - Act as the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries and updates from internal and external groups, providing ad-hoc analytics to address key business questions in a timely manner. **Reporting & Governance:** - Design and document standard operating procedures for data management. - Implement and maintain best practices in data governance to ensure transparent and well-defined data documentation. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. - 6+ years of experience in data-intensive roles within the financial services industry. - Experience in a multinational Financial Services organization and/or Private Equity is preferred. - Proficiency in working with complex data sets using programming languages such as Python. - Strong analytical and data visualization skills using Python. - Excellent technical skills with the ability to develop solutions in multiple computing languages and create complex models/algorithms (Advanced Python, SQL, Snowflake, FAST APIs, React, Snowpark, ETL). - Attention to detail, initiative, and work ethic. - Focus on delivery excellence and accountability. - Team-oriented and collaborative mindset. - Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues. - Strong track record in accuracy and organization. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.,
