Business Development & Optimization Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify trends related to hospitality and OTA platforms
• Assist in generating leads and supporting client acquisition activities
• Support listing optimization and performance improvement projects
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and share insights with the team
• Coordinate with clients for updates, performance reviews, and requirement gathering
• Maintain documentation and track daily operational tasks
• Work with managers to align property strategies and ensure quality delivery

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally
• Ability to work independently in a structured remote setup
