Data Operations Analyst (Call Back)

Role Overview: As a member of the Data and Analytics Services (DAS) Team within Global Business Services (GBS), you will play a crucial role in maintaining control over a large amount of commercial and financial data. Your primary responsibility will involve contacting suppliers worldwide to verify and update vendor bank details, ensuring that all control processes are followed diligently. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve daily cases promptly while adhering to control processes - Conduct thorough supplier research and document all findings accurately - Make telephone calls to representatives at various organizations globally, ensuring accurate recording and completion of control checks - Perform follow-up checks via email and finance systems, maintaining a clear audit trail - Proactively address operational issues, collaborating with business partners, vendors, and internal GBS teams - Work collaboratively with the team and stakeholders to meet Service Level Agreements - Manage workload responsibly and ensure operational continuity in case of absences - Represent bp professionally in all external communications - Participate in wider data team activities Qualifications Required: - Confident in phone communication and skilled at establishing rapport quickly - Proficient in English (written and spoken) and an additional European language, especially German, Spanish, or Polish - Effective communication skills across various audiences - Strong team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and commitment to excellence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Analytical problem-solving skills - Self-motivated with a commercial mindset and understanding of controls - Ability to work under pressure Additional Company Details: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are provided in the job description.,
