Data Modeller/Architect

Role Overview: As a Data Modeller Architect at Capco, you will be a part of the business architecture team responsible for supporting key front office to back-office transformation priorities. Your primary focus will be on defining data models that align with business processes, ensure data lineage, effective control, and implement client strategy and reporting solutions. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivering tangible value will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage data models to automate business processes and controls. - Ensure adherence to the bank's data modeling standards and principles while influencing them as necessary. - Collaborate with various functional leads and teams to promote the adoption and execution of front-to-back solutions through socializing the data models. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in strategy and solutions within the Corporate and Investment Banking domain. - Strong knowledge of transaction banking domain processes and controls for banking and trading businesses to effectively engage with business subject matter experts. Experience in developing models for transaction banking products is preferred. - Familiarity with the lifecycle of loans, cash/deposits, or customer lifecycle, and the related business data necessary for managing operations and analytics would be advantageous. - Proficiency in business requirements analysis, including excellent communication skills (both verbal and listening) and stakeholder management at all levels.
