Job Description

You will be working as a Data Modeler in this role. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data. It is essential for you to have expertise in Reltio, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. A 15 years full-time education is required for this position. As a Data Modeler, you will be expected to capture, analyze, and document requirements, as well as facilitate communication and delivery of those requirements to stakeholders. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with and manage the team, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Your role will involve providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders, and developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of data models and architecture. In terms of professional and technical skills, it is mandatory for you to have experience in the Pharma Industry. It would be beneficial if you also have experience with data governance frameworks, a strong understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices, familiarity with data integration tools and processes, and experience in working with relational and non-relational databases. Additional information includes the requirement of a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Reltio for this position, which is based in Pune.,
