Job Description

Data Collection & Preparation
Identify, gather, and organize relevant datasets from internal and external sources.
Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Maintain updated data repositories for ongoing analysis.
Data Mining & Analysis
Apply statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and predictive modeling to discover patterns, correlations, and trends.
Develop models for customer segmentation, behavior prediction, and market analysis.
Support business teams with actionable insights derived from mining activities.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and visual presentations to communicate findings clearly.
Translate complex data into meaningful insights for management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and strategy teams to align data insights with business goals.
Tool & Technology Utilization
Use SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools for mining and reporting.
Stay updated with emerging technologies in data science and analytics.
Process Optimization
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in business operations using data-driven insights.
Recommend strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Contribute to improving decision-making processes through data-backed suggestions.
Compliance & Confidentiality
Ensure data usage complies with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and client information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
