Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor

• Develop Tableau views with a variety of data sources to help our partners visualize their information andidentifyany areasof opportunities.
• Complete process of requirements, analysis, design, build and testing of the dashboards.
• Comply andmaintainthebest practices, adhere to the standard processes and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate &Partnerwith other Tech Metrics & Reporting team membersas we'll as our partners outside of the core team.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Continuous focus onprocess optimization and automation, as we'll as documentation.
• Socialize &demonstratescorecards and improvement findings with various partners including management and leadership teams
• Createandmaintainnecessary documentation.
• Troubleshoot issuesand production support on existing dashboards.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices and evaluate their application to thework.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Idealcandidate must have a broad and deep understanding of the technologies in this field, including but not limited toTableau, SQL Server, Data Analysis, MS-Office suite.
• Proven skills to build interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards.
• Proven experiencewith data analytics, troubleshootingand investigations.
• Advanced skills in Excel tovalidateand structure data when data.
• Ability to write complex data queries (Tableau/SQL Server) andutilizedatabase in most efficient ways.
• Tableaucertification preferred.
• DotNetexperience isdesiredfor current application maintenance.

• Knowledge of Jira, Workday, ServiceNow tools and related data elements.

RequiredExperience& Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering,Mathematics,IT or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 11-13years of hands-on technicalexpertiseinTableau developmentutilizingmultiple data sources,focused on SQL Server databases, and data analysis.
