Data Masking Engineer

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements related to Test Data Management (TDM), data masking, and data provisioning using any ETL toole

• Develop, customize, and manage data masking, subsetting, and virtualization solutions to support healthcare applications and systems.
• Optimize data provisioning processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce refresh times, and enhance system performance.
• Perform data profiling, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness of test data.
• Support quarterly refreshes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to resolve data-related incidents and requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Delphix with CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ensure all data management activities comply with industry standards, customer policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Document processes, best practices, and technical configurations; provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with any ETL tools or Delphix and Data Masking.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare data standards, compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI, PII).
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation of data tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and integration with any ETL tools or Delphix
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, using tools like Jira, Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience implementing TDM solutions in healthcare organizations.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, data security frameworks, and API integrations.
• Delphix certifications (if any).
