Success in the Data Management Control Analyst role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to understand exceptions, and a collaborative approach. You will play a crucial role in advancing Voya's data governance mandate. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with Business Data and Information Technology teams to resolve data load failures, ensuring data vendors meet delivery SLAs, researching and resolving unexpected data results, running quality checks on data, assisting with reconciliation of data sets, confirming data feed deliveries, supporting month-end close schedules, and fostering positive working relationships within the organization. To excel in this role, you are expected to be customer-focused, offer unique solutions, analyze data thoughtfully, and solve exceptions effectively. You should have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, a basic understanding of investment instruments, familiarity with investment platforms and systems, experience with data and BI platforms, knowledge of Microsoft platforms, a background in data quality control, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying workloads and strict deadlines. You should also possess excellent team interaction and interpersonal skills, demonstrate high levels of ethics and integrity, adapt your communication style to meet colleagues" needs, show high energy and resiliency, maintain strong working relationships, and have a strong focus on execution.
