Data Management Analyst, Platform Operations

As a Data Analyst, Platform Operations at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc., your role involves entering movie and television title information into a master data management system. You will be responsible for normalizing, curating, and augmenting Title Master data to support subtitling, dubbing, and fulfillment teams. Collaboration with both internal and external teams is crucial to ensure that the data is accurate, timely, and structured properly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Enter master data accurately into systems and tools to meet Operations deadlines - Audit title data to ensure adherence to best practices and take corrective action as required - Define, prioritize, and communicate the status and integrity of data via a ticketing system - Promptly update and escalate issues with requestors to ensure compliance and timely turnaround - Make sound judgments when troubleshooting issues or ambiguity and prioritize effectively to prevent missed deadlines - Provide professional and responsive support to internal and external customers/clients via email and verbally - Generate required reports from the system, read and utilize information, and provide feedback for process improvements **Qualifications:** - Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate degree or above preferred - 2+ years of experience in data input related roles - Extensive familiarity with Entertainment content produced by major studios in North America - Understanding of title and version hierarchy, metadata associated with entities like Release Year, Cast & Crew, Synopsis, Genre, etc. - Knowledge of content fulfillment, digital workflows, asset, and data management systems/platforms - Ability to generate basic reports and utilize Excel for data management - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask - Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills - Positive attitude, ability to maintain professionalism in high-stress situations, and portray yourself as a team player This role as a Data Analyst, Platform Operations at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc. offers you the opportunity to work with a global leader in media and entertainment services, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of data management processes.,
