Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to learn quickly, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Search, collect, validate, and verify data of varying complexity.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency according to established methodologies and policies.
• Respond to internal and client queries related to data.
• Learn and follow research methods, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and timely delivery while managing multiple tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a

  2026 graduate

  with a bachelor's degree as their highest qualification.
• Eligible degrees: B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., BCA, and BBA.
• Candidates from Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, and related non-engineering disciplines are preferred.
• Must have strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Not eligible:

• BE/B.Tech graduates.
• Candidates holding or pursuing postgraduate or master's degrees.
• Candidates pursuing or holding professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, CMA, CS, ACCA, FRM, or equivalent courses.

Work Timings and Shift Requirements

Candidates must be willing to work in any of the following shifts, depending on business requirements:

• Early Morning Shift (Australia):

  5:30 AM 2:30 PM

• General Shift:

  10:00 AM 7:00 PM

• Afternoon Shift (UK):

  2:30 PM 11:30 PM

• Night Shift (US):

  8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Willingness to work in the assigned shift is essential.
