Role Overview: As a Data Management Analyst for Wells Fargo, you will participate in analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues, adhere to data governance standards and procedures, design and monitor data governance policies, support issue remediation, recommend plans for data quality improvement, and consult with stakeholders to assess data quality within your area of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and process/control gaps - Adhere to data governance standards and procedures - Design and monitor data governance, data quality, and metadata policies - Support issue remediation by performing data profiling and analysis - Recommend plans for the development and implementation of initiatives to assess the quality of new data sources - Consult with clients to assess the current state of data quality within the assigned responsibility area Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management - Experience in BSA-AML regulatory requirements and industry practices - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, and reporting - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI - Experience in Data Quality Assurance and data governance - Technical skills in Python, SQL, and other data analysis tools will be a plus - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and program management skills Additional Details of the Company: Uplers is dedicated to making hiring reliable, simple, and fast.
