Key Responsibilities:

• Write at least 1 long-form script and 46 short-form (Reels/Shorts) academic scripts per day, following the content calendar and the script frameworks shared by the Kannada content team.
• Explain PUC Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics concepts from the basics in simple, spoken Kannada. Give technical terms in both Kannada and English wherever students need them.
• Structure every script to the given framework: hook, concept explanation, example or solved problem, exam tip and call to action.
• Solve numericals and problems step by step, and include shortcut methods useful for KCET and JEE wherever the framework asks for them.
• Cross-check every concept, formula, unit, value and final answer before submission so that no errors reach published videos.
• Keep all content aligned to the latest Karnataka PUC syllabus, KCET exam pattern and JEE Main syllabus. Verify against NCERT and Karnataka PUC textbooks and official KEA and NTA notices.
• Prepare exam-season content well ahead of key dates (at least 2 weeks before each one). This includes PUC board important questions, KCET and JEE revision series, previous-year question analysis and answer key discussions.
• Work closely with Kannada content writers, anchors and video editors, and revise scripts quickly based on feedback from the content lead.
• Share 2–4 academic topic ideas every month, such as high-weightage chapters, common student mistakes and previous-year question trends.
• Submit every script on or before the agreed deadline, and flag possible delays early.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience teaching, tutoring, doubt-solving or developing academic content for PUC, KCET or JEE students, at a PU college, coaching institute or edtech company. Prior content writing experience is not required.
• Strong academic knowledge of Karnataka 1st & 2nd PUC Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).
• Good knowledge of the KCET syllabus, exam pattern, chapter-wise weightage and previous-year questions.
• JEE Main-level problem-solving ability in at least one of Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics.
• Fluent spoken and written Kannada, with the ability to read and write Kannada script comfortably.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, everyday Kannada.
• Comfortable typing in Kannada using Nudi, Google Input Tools, Baraha or similar tools.
• High accuracy with formulas, units, numericals and final answers.
• Ability to write within a given script framework and accept edits openly.
• Strong time management and the ability to deliver consistent daily output on deadline.
