Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Manager to act as the primary liaison between business users and delivery teams.

Reporting directly to the Head of Data and Platforms, you will oversee integration activities, manage delivery teams, handle budget and cost management, and ensure effective communication to efficiently meet business objectives

About The Role:

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

  • Primary Liaison:

    Serve as the main point of contact between business users, requestors, and delivery teams to ensure effective communication and project follow-up
  • Integration Management:

    Oversee the planning and execution of integration projects and run activities, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with company objectives.
  • Technical reference :

    Being the technical referent for the biztalk, SSIS and azure integration topics
  • Team Leadership:

    Manage and guide delivery teams to complete projects on time and within scope, optimizing team productivity
  • Budget and Cost Management:

    Handle budgeting and cost management for the data integration landscape, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to budget constraints
  • Reporting

    : Provide regular updates to the Head of Data and Platforms on project status, risks, and resource needs
  • Risk Management

    : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery and run activities
  • Process Improvement

    : Continuously evaluate and enhance integration processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency

  • Strong background in managing delivery teams and overseeing complex integration projects
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making capabilities
  • Understanding of risk management and process improvement techniques
  • Experience in budget and cost management for IT projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong skills in biztalk and Azure integration landscape (azure function, logicApps, Azure Data Factory and/or Synapse pipelines)

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with classical Integration platforms architecture and patterns
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Work experience:Minimum of 7 years in IT integration or related fields

Minimum education level:Master degree in Information technology, computer science or a related field
