We are looking for a Salesforce Data Integration Lead to lead our data integration initiatives in Bengaluru, India. As a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in Salesforce, data management, and integration tools, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow across multiple systems. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing data integration strategies for Salesforce, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and enhancing data processes. You will also be responsible for monitoring, validating, and optimizing data quality throughout the integration lifecycle, utilizing ETL tools effectively, and developing documentation for data flows and integration processes. Additionally, you will provide training and support to team members on best practices in data management. The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in Salesforce integrations and API management, a strong understanding of database concepts and ETL processes, excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
