Data Gov. & Stewardship Analyst

Role Overview: As a Data Governance & Stewardship Analyst at PepsiCo in India, you will be a key member of the Global Privacy Platform Implementation Team. Your primary responsibility will be to support Data Governance & Stewardship Managers in implementing data privacy management tools to ensure PepsiCo's compliance with privacy and data protection policies, procedures, and standards across the enterprise. Your role will involve collaborating with various business functions to operationalize privacy requirements, implement corporate solutions for data privacy management, and integrate them with other relevant platforms for regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Configure platforms to support data privacy management and incident response. - Assist in integrating privacy management tools with Informatica Cloud, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and various consumer data sources. - Support the design and implementation of privacy business processes and components through privacy management tools. - Contribute to the development of global data privacy deliverables, such as procedures, guidelines, and templates. - Execute pilot programs to test defined workflows and privacy assets. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in data management, system configuration, automation, & platform integrations. - Proven applied coding & programming skills (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, R, Python, HTML). - Previous experience in Data Governance, system integrations, and compliance. - Strong communication skills and ability to engage with different stakeholders. - Fluency in English.
