Those intrigued by the prospect of contributing to the digital transformation journey of a Fortune 500 company are encouraged to explore more details about the function through the following Purpose of the role We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in the success of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Marketing Technology initiatives. This role is responsible for the setup, integration, and ongoing support of SaaS-based Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions, including connections to enterprise systems such as SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project delivery and systems integration, paired with analytical rigor and excellent communication skills. This individual will lead development and support activities across our DTC platforms and broader MarTech ecosystem, partnering closely with product, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure systems are functioning reliably and evolving to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, supporting the full development lifecycle, troubleshooting and resolving system issues. This role is critical in ensuring our tools, data flows, and platform capabilities align with evolving business strategies, are reliable, and deliver value to our teams. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES . Collaborate with the product team and the development team to translate business requirements into technical requirements. . Create detailed project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases. . Analyze existing business processes and systems and identify areas for improvement and optimization. . Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the delivered solution meets the business requirements. . Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions with stakeholders to ensure the project is moving forward on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives. . Serve as a bridge between the product team and the development team, ensuring that both sides have a clear understanding of the business requirements and the technical implications. . Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives. This includes using project management methodologies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education - Full time graduation from an accredited university 4+ years of experience as technical business analyst in website product development teams Experience working with Shopify ecosystem Experience in a large, complex organization including teams with multiple geographies and across business and technology teams Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Agile development methodologies Working experience with Shopify, Oracle Commerce Cloud, or Loftware would be beneficial Experience with integrations between SaaS solutions: testing, troubleshooting, validating data flows Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) Deep understanding of SDLC, Design Principles, and Cloud Exposure to Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Email Marketing, System Integration, and Data Forms

The candidate will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder using Python and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products. Responsibilities for Data Engineer * Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture, assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements using Python and SQL / AWS / Snowflakes. * Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements through: automating manual processes using Python, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc. * Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading ofdata from a wide variety of data sources using SQL / AWS / Snowflakes technologies. * Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics. * Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. * Keep our data separated and secure across national boundaries through multiple data centers and AWS regions. * Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems. Qualifications for Data Engineer * Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases. * Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. * Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets. * Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management. * A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets. Desired Skillset:- * 2+ years of experience in a Python Scripting and Data specific role, with Bachelor degree. * Experience with data processing and cleaning libraries e.g. Pandas, numpy, etc., web scraping/ web crawling for automation of processes, APIs and how they work. * Debugging code if it fails and find the solution. Should have basic knowledge of SQL server job activity monitoring and of Snowflake. * Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and Cassandra. * Experience with most or all the following cloud services: AWS, Azure, Snowflake,Google Strong project management and organizational skills. * Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
