Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems, particularly related to customer information, service requests, inventory, and installation/maintenance records. Prior experience in the security service or technology sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data related to client installations, service calls, inventory, and equipment usage.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles, contracts, and billing information.
  • Prepare and manage reports for daily operations, service schedules, and client follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to log maintenance, repair, or installation updates in the system.
  • Cross-check data from field engineers, service teams, and sales departments.
  • Handle documentation related to security systems, including compliance and regulatory paperwork.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and comply with internal data protection policies.
  • Perform routine data audits and cleanup tasks to maintain database integrity.
  • Assist in general administrative duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in a technology or service-based company.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software (ERP or CRM systems).
  • Fast typing speed with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of electronic security systems (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills—written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with inventory or asset tracking systems.
  • Experience handling technical service documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
