Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator who has strong hands-on experience in Tally or Zoho. The ideal candidate should be efficient in managing data, maintaining records, and supporting accounting operations with accuracy and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and software systems.
  • Manage daily entries in Tally or Zoho including sales, purchase, expenses, vouchers, invoices, and other accounting records.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and maintain digital and physical records of financial documents.
  • Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for data requirement and updates.
  • Generate basic reports from Tally/Zoho as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to documentation and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Tally or Zoho (mandatory).
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of accounting entries and documentation.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
