Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Manufacturing Unit) Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to efficiently input, update, and maintain data related to production, inventory, and logistics in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in data management tools to ensure smooth operations and proper documentation. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update production, inventory, and logistics data into digital systems. Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and dispatch schedules. Verify and cross-check data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for real-time data updates. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management. Ensure compliance with internal documentation procedures and data integrity standards. Handle confidential data securely and prevent unauthorized access or discrepancies. Perform regular backups of data to avoid loss or system failures.
