Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Enter shift-wise powder coating production data (number of components coated, rejected, and reworked).
Maintain records of powder consumption, batch numbers, and inventory.
Update ERP software or Excel with coating line operation details.
Prepare reports for coating thickness, finish quality, and inspection results (as shared by the QC team).
Track wastage, overspray recovery, and powder usage efficiency.
Maintain logbooks for machine downtime and maintenance schedules.
Support production and quality teams by providing accurate records for audits and ISO documentation.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in
MS Excel and ERP systems
.
Fast and accurate typing (4050 WPM).
Knowledge of
the basic powder coating process
(advantageous, but can be trained).
Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors.
Ability to work with production and QC staff in a shop-floor environment.

Qualifications:

10+2 / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
preferred.
Basic computer knowledge certification (MS Office, ERP, Data Entry).
Experience in
manufacturing/paint shop/powder coating line
will be an added advantage.
