Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our databases and records remain accurate, well-organized, and up-to-date by:

• Entering and updating information in company systems with precision
• Reviewing and correcting data for consistency and completeness
• Maintaining both digital and physical records systematically
• Working alongside the team to maintain high data quality standards

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed) in any stream
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel preferred)
• Strong command over English (verbal & written)
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and processes
• Skilled in computer operations with efficient typing speed
• Good general awareness of current events for contextual accuracy
• Detail-focused, reliable, and organized
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
