Data Entry Operator

You will be joining KIDS Hospital as a Data Entry Operator in the hospital administration team at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Your role will involve accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient records, reports, and billing information. Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately enter patient data, test results, and medical records into the hospital information system (HIS) - Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive medical data - Perform regular data quality checks and corrections - Generate reports as required by clinical and administrative departments - Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and lab technicians for data validation - Support front office or billing operations if needed Requirements: - Minimum qualification: +2 or Graduate (Any stream) - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and data entry software - Typing speed of 60-80 WPM with high accuracy - Prior experience in a hospital/healthcare setup is an advantage - Good communication and organizational skills - Familiarity with medical terminology is desirable In addition to the job specifics, KIDS Hospital offers paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund benefits.
