Job Description

Indus Parking Services (IPS)

Data Entry Operator

Entering and updating data in the system accurately and efficiently.
Reviewing data for errors and making necessary corrections.
Maintaining and organising records of parking violations and enforcement reports.
Assisting in generating reports and summaries as required.
Ensuring data confidentiality and security.
Coordinating with the team to verify information and resolve discrepancies.
Supporting the administrative team with documentation and record-keeping tasks.

Data Entry Operator

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent typing speed and proficiency in data entry software.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any relevant field is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
