Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive with a B.Com background who has strong attention to detail and good knowledge of MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately in Excel and company software.
Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
Assist with report generation and basic data analysis.
Support administrative and accounting teams with data-related tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.

Requirements:

Education: B. Com graduate (Freshers welcome).
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data sorting, etc.).
Typing Speed: Minimum 30–40 words per minute preferred.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and organizational skills.
Communication: Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
