Data Entry Operator (Freshers Welcome)

CARECRES Services is a leading facility management company with over 15 years of experience in providing integrated commercial cleaning and maintenance services. With operations across 16 states, we serve clients in sectors such as automotive, finance, and education.

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our operations team in Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates starting their careers who have good attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into internal systems, spreadsheets, and software tools
• Update and maintain records, databases, and reports
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information
• Perform basic administrative and documentation tasks as required

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Good typing speed with attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of data handling and confidentiality
• Willingness to learn and adapt
