Data Entry Operator – MDN Edify Education, Kompally

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad

About Us
MDN Edify Education – Kompally Campus is a reputed institution known for its strong academic environment and efficient administrative systems. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our administrative team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and manage data accurately using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Organise and maintain digital and physical records.
Manage student, staff, and administrative documentation with confidentiality.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and office-related documents.
Review data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred, not mandatory).
Familiarity with school or educational administration processes is an advantage.
Ability to work well in a collaborative office environment.
Female candidates are more preferable.
Knowledge of MS-Office is mandatory.
Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
