Job Description

Siddhartha Engineering Ltd. invites applications for the position of Data Entry Operator at our Head Office, Bhubaneswar.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and records.
  • Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and databases as required.
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Scan, upload, and organize documents (bills, invoices, site records, etc.).
  • Maintain proper filing (both soft copy and hard copy).
  • Coordinate with site and office teams for data collection and updates.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility / Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: +2 or above (Graduate preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in data entry or office administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
  • Good typing speed with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of office documentation and record keeping.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (as per experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
