We are committed to excellence in service, quality, and business integrity. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Enter and update customer, product, and order data in the system with speed and accuracy Maintain and update purchase, sales, and inventory records Generate reports as required by the sales and accounts team Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and correct mismatches Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Warehouse) for smooth data flow Handle documentation and filing (physical and digital) ✅ Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data software Fast typing speed with attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic knowledge of billing or inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP, POS – optional but preferred) Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security
