🎯 Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting sarees based on their needs, preferences, and occasions Explain fabric details, design choices, and pricing with product knowledge and enthusiasm Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness Handle billing using POS system or manual methods Keep track of stock movement and inform management of low inventory Coordinate with store team for smooth operations and customer satisfaction Build long-term relationships with repeat customers through quality service Support in achieving daily and monthly sales targets ✅ Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude Basic knowledge of saree types and Indian textiles is a big plus Sales-driven mindset and ability to upsell or cross-sell products Basic math and billing knowledge Ability to work under pressure during peak hours or festive seasons 🧠 Qualifications: Minimum: 12th Pass Preferred: Any Graduate (Not mandatory if good communication & sales ability)
