Job Description

Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently enter and update data into computer systems and databases.
Verify and review data to identify errors or inconsistencies, ensuring complete data integrity.
Organize and maintain records and files in both digital and physical formats.
Manage large volumes of data with speed, precision, and consistency.
Follow established data entry protocols, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all data-related tasks.
Identify and resolve data-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
Adhere to the productivity and quality standards set by the organization.
Use data entry software, spreadsheets, and other tools to perform tasks efficiently.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data availability and recoverability.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
Basic legal knowledge is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
