Data Entry Officer

We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in our database. The ideal candidate is someone who can work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Job Details

• Role: Data Entry Operator
• Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and speed)
• Location: Near Pilot Baba Temple , Beside Royal Enfield Showroom , Sasaram

Key Responsibilities

• Data Input: Accurately enter data from paper formats or digital files into our computer systems and databases.
• Verification: Cross-check data against source documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Updates: Update existing data and delete unnecessary files to keep the system organized.
• Sorting: Organize and categorize information according to specific guidelines.
• Reporting: Generate basic reports and summaries as requested by the management.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).
• Typing Speed: Minimum of 35-40 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
• Software Knowledge: Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly.
• Communication: Basic understanding of English (written and verbal).
• Time Management: Ability to meet daily targets and deadlines.
