Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and manage data in various databases and systems.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital files and records.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
• Respond to data inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Educational background in any field; a degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with back office operations.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
