Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain logistics-related data (transportation, warehouse, inventory, dispatch, etc.) in the company database.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process optimization.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and vendor teams to ensure timely data updates and accuracy.
• Support logistics planning by providing insights on cost, time, and performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.
• Ensure compliance with company data management policies and confidentiality standards.
• Assist in automation initiatives and digital transformation of logistics data processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in data management, logistics operations, or MIS reporting (freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data visualization.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,851.35 - ₹20,000.00 per month
