Data Entry Executive

Limestays is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate booking records, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination of data-related tasks for our properties and listings.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update booking data for Airbnb and offline reservations into company systems.
- Submit and manage government forms for licensed villas and BHKs on the Goa Online Portal.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records of bookings and property licenses.- Verify and cross-check all data for accuracy and completeness before submission.- Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams to ensure all records are up to date.- Generate periodic reports on bookings and submissions as required.- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company and client data.

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate (any stream). - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
